CDP Announcements

This week's announcements start with a reminder that today is the last day for advanced registration for our week-long "Addressing the Psychological Health of Warriors and their Families" training held in St. Louis, MO from April 30 to May 4. For more information or to sign up, just click here. This is the last of our spring training sessions, so if you're interested, now's the time!

Speaking of training events, we're halfway through the latest iteration of "Topics in Deployment Psychology". Nice job to all our participants and presenters!

On the speakers front, we've got one of our Deployment Behavioral Health Psychologists, Dr. Anthony McCormick, presenting on Military Culture and Deployment Brief for Providers of Clinical Service at Georgia Psychological Annual Meeting, in Young Harris, GA today. Next Friday, April 27th, we have our own Dr. Holly O'Reilly, giving a talk on CBT for Insomnia Related to Deployment, Imagery Rescripting Therapy for Nightmares Related to Deployment, and Military Cultural Competency at the National Association of Social Workers, New York State Chapter's Veterans' Mental Health Training Initiative 2012, in Rochester, NY.

That's it for this week. Thanks for checking out our blog and be sure to let us know what you think and what else you'd like to see via the comment form below or shoot us an email.
