Wilfried Rumingan, MPH
Wilfried Rumingan, MPH, is a Project Coordinator at the Center for Deployment Psychology (CDP) at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) in Bethesda, Maryland. He works on the Star Behavioral Health Providers Program.
Mr. Rumingan received a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences (BHS) from James Madison University, and his Master’s in Public Health (MPH) with a concentration in Health Policy from George Mason University. As a son of a retired Army Captain and whose grandfather served in the U.S. Army in World War II, he has firsthand experience with the needs and demands of military service members and their families.
