A special group rate has been negotiated for the Center for Deployment Psychology: $129.00 king or queen room plus applicable state and local taxes (13.5%) in effect at the time of check in. Room rate includes full breakfast buffet per room, per day. Rooms will be available at the group rate three days prior to the event and three days following the event based upon availability.

To receive the group rate, reservation must be made before the cut-off date of Friday, November 18, 2016. After the cut-off date, the Crowne Plaza will continue to accept reservations; however, reservations will be subject to availability at the prevailing room rate.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night’s room and tax deposit via a major credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
Individual cancellation and any changes to arrival and departure date must be made 24 hours prior to 4:00 p.m. arrival to avoid one night’s room plus tax cancellation charge.
