We're right in the middle of summer, but fall will be here before you know it. In addition to relief from the hot weather, this fall will breing a wealth of training opportunities from the CDP.

Bad joke as it might be, my intention is to use this hiking event to demonstrate how situational factors, purposely manipulated or accidentally occurring, can greatly impact the distress experienced during an in vivo exposure exercise.
