Course information

Understanding military culture and the ways military service and deployments impact couples is critical when providing counseling to military-connected clients.

The Center for Deployment Psychology (CDP) at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) now offers webinars which are specially designed to support clinicians who provide couples counseling to this population. Each of the four courses is two hours long and will be held on 14 May 2019. This module will run from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. EASTERN. Each module incorporates research, best clinical practices and interactive activities.  The courses are stand-alone and participants can take one or all four depending on their interest. Individual courses are $18 each or participants can register for all four courses at a discounted rate of $60 by clicking here. Please note, space in this event is limited. Registration will close once all seats are filled, even if this is before the final registration date.

Finally, we will review programs and resources available to prevent and respond to IPV with this population.
