Consultation is an integral and important part of the Center for Deployment Psychology’s evidence-based psychotherapy (EBP) post-training support. (For a list of upcoming two-day EBP training opportunities, click here.)
Through use of CDP consultation services, providers can:
- Obtain post-training support to promote skills development in EBP treatments (CPT, PE, CBT-D, and CBT-I)
- Master EBP practices more quickly
- Receive feedback on active cases
- Build confidence in the use of EBP practices

As part of our ongoing support resources for workshop participants, we provide the following consultation services for providers who have completed an EBP workshop through the CDP:
(In order to access these services, providers must log into the provider community using the login name and information they received via email post-registration or post-training.)
Ask the Expert – Post a specific question about deployment psychology or Veterans’ behavioral health and receive an answer from a CDP subject matter expert.
Provider Message Board –This is a forum for providers to discuss issues arising from your interactions with Service members, Veterans and their families. Providers also can discuss military related behavioral health issues with other practitioners.
These consultation services are available through CDP's provider community.
