Jessica Soule, LCSW
Jessica Soule, LCSW serves as a Military Behavioral Health Social Worker with The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine. She serves as a subject matter expert for the VA SAFEGUARD project.
Jessica has nearly 20 years of experience in behavioral health, with professional experience across a range of clinical, leadership, and systems-based roles serving military-affiliated populations. Prior to joining the CDP, she worked within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, most recently as a Senior Care Manager and National Committee Chair, where she also served as a VHA Leadership Coach. Her professional background includes work in trauma recovery, suicide prevention, and the application of evidence-based treatments, including EMDR and CBT.
Jessica received a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington and a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Arizona, Virginia, and Florida.
