Jessica Soule, LCWS
Jessica Soule, LCSW serves as a Military Behavioral Health Social Worker with the Henry M. Jackson Foundation in collaboration with the Center for Deployment Psychology (CDP) at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. She serves as a subject matter expert for the VA SAFEGUARD project.
Jessica has nearly 20 years of experience in behavioral health, with professional experience across a range of clinical, leadership, and systems-based roles serving military-affiliated populations. Prior to joining the CDP, she worked within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, most recently as a Senior Care Manager and National Committee Chair, where she also served as a VHA Leadership Coach. Her professional background includes work in trauma recovery, suicide prevention, and the application of evidence-based treatments, including EMDR and CBT.
Jessica received a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington and a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Arizona, Virginia, and Florida.
