Phil Thompkins is the Online Training Support Specialist for the Center for Deployment Psychology. He received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
Prior to joining CDP, he worked as a Programmer Analyst with the Global Obesity Prevention Center at the Johns Hopkins University’s School of Public Health. There, he built and maintained computational simulation models for vaccine and agricultural supply chains and the metabolic habits of populations. He also worked with the University’s Center for Talented Youth as a Computer Science Instructor and as a researcher with the School of Medicine.
