Hotel Reservation Instructions:
To receive the group rate, you must make your reservation on or before the cut-off date of Friday, May 16, 2014. After the cut-off date, the Drury Plaza Hotel at the Arch will continue to accept reservations; however, reservations will be subject to availability at the prevailing room rate.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first room night deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservation unless secured by one of these methods.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m.
Cancellation Policy:
Individual cancellation and any changes to arrival and departure date must be made by 72 hours prior to date of arrival to avoid one night’s room plus tax cancellation charge.
