HOTEL RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS:
A special group rate has been negotiated at the Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport for the Center for Deployment Psychology: $141.00 king/queen plus applicable city and state taxes. Currently, taxes total 12.27% and are subject to change.
The Radisson is pleased to honor the group rate from Friday, March 13, 2015 through Saturday, March 21, 2015 based on availability.
A full American breakfast buffet is included in the room rate for up to two guests per room. The buffet includes both hot and cold items.
To Make Your Hotel Reservation:
To receive the group rate, you must make your reservation on or before the cut-off date of Friday, Febuary 20, 2015. After the cut-off date, the Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport will continue to accept reservations; however, reservations will be subject to availability at the prevailing room rates.
Reservations will be made by individual attendees directly with Radisson reservations. Please call
(800) 333-3333 and refer to the Center for Deployment Psychology room block. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
Check-in – Check-out:
Hotel check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out time is before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to 6:00 p.m. hotel time on the day of arrival to avoid one night’s room plus tax cancellation charge.
