A special group rate has been negotiated at the Monarch for the Center for Deployment Psychology: $90.00 for single or double guest rooms plus applicable room tax (currently 7%) subject to change without notice.

The hotel is pleased to honor the group rate from Sunday, September 14, 2014 through Saturday, September 20, 2014 based on availability.

Hotel Reservation Instructions:

To receive the group rate, you must make your reservation on or before the cut-off date of Sunday, August 31, 2014.  After the cut-off date, the Monarch Hotel & Conference Center will continue to accept reservations; however, reservations will be subject to availability at the prevailing room rate.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first room night deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservation unless secured by one of these methods.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

Cancellation Policy:

Individual cancellation and any changes to arrival and departure date must be made 24 hours prior to date of arrival to avoid one night’s room plus tax cancellation charge.
