CDP Presents: Forging Connective Tissue as a Military Consultant - Lessons Learned for Establishing Rapport and Building Trust with Military Clients

Building meaningful human connections is a core skill for us all and is particularly important to military consultants and providers. When working with military members and their leadership, establishing rapport and building trust is critical to effectiveness. This can be particularly challenging when working with operational personnel but is necessary to form the foundation from which critical connective tissue is created. In this webinar, we will explore the application of an ancient framework for military consultation. Through the eyes and experience of a military operational psychologist, we will examine the core components of human connection contained within this framework and apply the model to those providing services to, and working with, military members, veterans, and military leadership.
