With so many Americans endorsing sleep problems at one point or another in their lives, it is not surprising that various media bombards us with tips about sleeping better. This webinar provides a framework to critically evaluate claims about sleep-related products and interventions and interpret meaningful outcomes. We then take a deeper dive into five specific, recent myths about sleep strategies with our panel of sleep subject matter experts, including melatonin, weighted blankets, mouth taping, and more.
