Welcome to this week’s edition of CDP News! We like to use this space to review recent happenings in and around the Center for Deployment Psychology, while also looking ahead to upcoming events. Thanksgiving slowed us down quite a bit this week, but we’ve still got plenty of events coming up before the rest of the holidays roll around, so let’s take a look.
On a sunny Tuesday afternoon in southern California, I walked into my Air Force recruiter’s office and said, “I need to pull out of the application process.” I had spent the last three months meeting with my recruiter, filling out forms, gathering letters of recommendations, and preparing for the next steps.
