The percentages, respectively, of male and female active component U.S. Coast Guard members (39,000) who "experienced one or more sexual assaults in the past year," according to a new RAND Corporation report -- Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment in the U.S. Military:  Volume 3. Estimates for Coast Guard Service Members from the 2014 RAND Military Workplace Study. This includes assaults by other service members (77% of female victims), family members, civilians or "others."
