It's been another busy week here at the CDP! We've got time for a few quick announcements before the weekend. This week we finished up our latest iteration of "Topics in Deployment Psychology". We'd like to thank everyone who attended, both the participants as well as the presenters for a great training all around.
We've got two speaking engagements coming up next week. Next Wednesday, June 27, our executive director, Dr. Dave Riggs will present an "Overview of PTSD" and an "Overview of Suicide/Depression in the Military" for Maryland's Commitment to Veterans in Salisbury MD. Then next Friday, June 29, Dr. Diana Sermanian will present the keynote address on "Military Culture, an overview of CBT - Insomnia and an overview of Imagery Rescripting Therapy" at the NASW - NYS Veterans Mental Health Initiative.
On the jobs front, we've got two openings for Deployment Behavioral Health Psychologists, one in San Diego, CA and another in San Antonio, TX, as well as a slot for an Administrative Assistant at the CDP headquarters in Rockville, MD.
