Welcome to this week’s edition of CDP News! We like to use this space to review recent happenings in and around the Center for Deployment Psychology, while also looking ahead to upcoming events. It’s the end of March and spring is right around the corner. We’re all looking forward to the end of a dreary winter!

In the past decade, research focused on mindfulness and meditation has increased significantly. Clinical researchers have made substantial progress in efforts to quantify and document the benefits of mindfulness. As a clinician, I will provide a quick clinician’s guide to mindfulness.
